After Provisional Acceptance
Following provisional acceptance, the corresponding author will receive instructions regarding payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC). The payment must be completed within 10 days of the request, according to the instructions provided in the email. Final acceptance follows completion of the required publication-charge process.
A signed acceptance letter will be provided to all authors after payment.
Proof corrections: The corresponding author will receive the article proof as a PDF by email. Therefore, a valid and working email address must be provided for the corresponding author.
Proof corrections should normally be returned to the Editor within five days of receipt. If no corrections are required, the corresponding author should reply accordingly. At the proof stage, authors should limit changes primarily to typesetting errors, factual corrections, and necessary language or grammatical corrections rather than making major scientific changes.
Authors remain responsible for all statements made in their work, including corrections made during the proof stage.
Online publication: Online articles are complete and final. They have been reviewed, revised, edited for publication, and the authors’ final corrections have been incorporated. A DOI is assigned to each newly published article.
All authors will be notified by email once the article has been published.
Publication certificate: A publication certificate containing the details of the published article will be provided to all authors by email after online publication.
